Apply your base coat & cure

Apply 2 layers of your chosen colour curing inbetween each layer

Topcoat the nail using a non wipe topcoat

use the cushion side of the pen and rub into cured topcoat

dust off excess

apply another layer of topcoat to encapsulate the chrome effect
